SKY RISE AI TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us", or "our") operates the IRLYSM mobile application and the irlysm.com website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service, and the choices you have associated with that data.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you:

Personal Data: Email address, first name and last name, phone number.
Location Data: Precise GPS coordinates (only when the app is open and you have granted permission). This is the core of the IRLYSM experience.
Profile Data: Display name, profile photo, username, and social graph (who you follow and who follows you).
Usage Data: Information on how the Service is accessed and used, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device information.
Communications: Messages sent via the platform are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read the content of your private messages.

2. How We Use Your Data

SKY RISE AI TECHNOLOGIES uses the collected data for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including displaying your location on the map to your authorized Close Friends.
To notify you about changes to our Service, new features, and relevant nearby events.
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so.
To provide customer care and support.
To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service.
To monitor the usage of the Service and detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.
To process subscription payments and manage entitlements via our payment partners.

3. Location Data

IRLYSM is a location-based platform. The precision and sharing of your location is central to the app's functionality. Specifically:

Your live location is shared only with users you have added as Close Friends or mutual connections, as defined by your in-app settings.
You can enter "Ghost Mode" at any time from within the app to stop broadcasting your location immediately.
We do not sell your location data to third-party advertisers.
Historical location data older than 30 days is automatically purged from our servers.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to third parties. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and trusted affiliates for the purposes outlined above.

We use the following trusted service providers:

Supabase: Authentication, database, and real-time services.
RevenueCat: Subscription and entitlement management.
Google Play / Apple App Store: In-app purchase processing.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is of paramount importance to us. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) for all private messages — we cannot read them.
TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit.
AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest.
Regular security audits and penetration testing.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / DPDPA)

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"). You can initiate this from within the app's Settings > Delete Account.
Right to Restrict Processing: Request restriction of our processing of your data in certain circumstances.
Right to Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
