Overview

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the IRLYSM mobile application and irlysm.com website (the "Service") operated by SKY RISE AI TECHNOLOGIES ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. Users between 13 and 18 years of age must have their parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity, or a name that is not lawfully available for use, or a name or trademark subject to any rights of another person or entity.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain parts of the Service are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

• At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or SKY RISE AI TECHNOLOGIES cancels it.
• A valid payment method, processed via Google Play Billing or Apple App Store, is required to process the payment for your Subscription.
• You shall provide SKY RISE AI TECHNOLOGIES or its payment processor with accurate and complete billing information.
• SKY RISE AI TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to change Subscription fees for Subscriptions at any time, with 30 days prior notice.

4. User Content & Conduct

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Harm, exploit, or endanger minors in any way.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Post any Content that contains software viruses or any code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Stalk, harass, or threaten any person using the real-world location features.
• Use the Service for any commercial solicitation without prior written consent from us.

5. Location Services & Safety

IRLYSM is a location-based service. By enabling location sharing, you acknowledge:

• Your location is shared only with users you have explicitly authorized as Close Friends.
• You should exercise the same real-world caution you would in any social situation.
• SKY RISE AI TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible for in-person interactions that arise from use of the platform.
• You can revoke location sharing at any time via Ghost Mode or Close Friends management.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SKY RISE AI TECHNOLOGIES and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SKY RISE AI TECHNOLOGIES.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply delete your account from within the app (Settings > Delete Account). All personal data associated with your account will be permanently purged within 30 days of deletion.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SKY RISE AI TECHNOLOGIES, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
