Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

Thank you for subscribing to IRLYSM. We want to be transparent about our subscription model and your options for cancellation and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All subscription purchases are subject to the terms of the platform through which you purchased your subscription (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). In cases of conflict, the platform's policies take precedence.

1. IRLY+ Subscription Plans

IRLYSM offers the following subscription tiers via in-app purchase:

IRLY+ Basic: Monthly subscription — access to extended radius and custom profile features.
IRLY+ Pro: Monthly subscription — all Basic features plus Music Rooms hosting, advanced analytics, and priority map presence.
IRLY+ Elite: Monthly subscription — all Pro features plus exclusive badges, early access to new features, and direct support.

All plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your IRLYSM subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period — you retain access to all premium features until then.

To cancel on Android (Google Play):

Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select IRLYSM and tap Cancel subscription.

To cancel on iOS (Apple App Store):

Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
Select IRLYSM and tap Cancel Subscription.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable. This is standard practice for digital subscription services. However, we acknowledge the following exceptions:

Platform Refunds: All refund requests for purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store must be directed to those platforms respectively, as they process and manage all payments. We do not control platform-level refund decisions.
Accidental Purchases: If you purchased a subscription in error, please contact us within 48 hours at support@irlysm.com. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis and may be able to initiate a refund at our discretion.
Severe Technical Failures: If you were unable to use the IRLYSM service for a significant period (greater than 72 continuous hours) due to a fault entirely on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
Double Billing: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will promptly issue a full refund for the duplicate charge. Please contact us with your transaction receipts.

4. In-App Fuel Credits

IRLYSM may offer in-app "Fuel Credits" for one-time purchases (e.g., boosting your map visibility). These are consumable items and are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase at our sole discretion. To request a refund for unused credits, contact us at support@irlysm.com.

5. How to Request a Refund from Us

For any refund requests directly to SKY RISE AI TECHNOLOGIES (outside of platform-handled disputes), please send an email to support@irlysm.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

Your registered email address or phone number.
The date and amount of the charge.
Your transaction ID or purchase receipt.
A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
